This is for Ruth and the Boss. So, recently I had another blogger leave a comment on one of my posts. I try to erase the ones that take you to a place that does not represent me. His comment connected to a real Blog. So, I left it up. I went back to check out his blog. Here is his last post (http://disasterslost.blogspot.com):
Changing the monotony
I find it funny how people are so opposed to change within their lives. They don’t like when their favorite artists change styles, their life takes on new form, or the millions of unavoidable changes that take hold of our lives happen. We say things such as, “change is a good thing” yet in all reality it scares us more than anything else. Here we stand though, striving to stop any change that we can. We are a species that loves monotony in our own lives and that of the world around. Hell, we are a species of contradiction and confusion. Convinced we know what we want when in all reality we never really do. Vague ideas and thoughts cross our minds but in the end the things we love are not usually the things we sought after. Lately I’ve been noticing this more and more around me. The constant whine of change that reverberates around the world in thousands of different languages has come to rest in my ears.
The changes that set themselves upon us are those of mystery for the most part. We usually don’t foresee the things that we call changes. They tend to be mysteries right up to the point that they cripple us and leave us asking why. I find though, that we get lost in the why. We forget that we have a life to live, changes or not, and dwell in the whys that surround us.
Ironic isn't it... yes Dan, I think this is one of those strange coincidences we always talk about, so who is tuned in him or me?
And, yes, I am still looking for them:
