So far the only real progress I am making to reaching my goal is a change in diet. The change is good, but need to keep pushing to improve. It is my Grandma's birthday, she is 96 and I shudder when I think about all that she has seen.

Well, I have to go, this is fall cleaning weekend and I need to get some work done.
