Making a goal public.

I have finally decided on a endurance route for myself (yes Katie I try to use myslef again:)). It is something I have wanted to do for as long as I can remember. Funny, all of those years when I was in good shape and I pick now (not so good shape) to do it. It starts with a bike, goes to a hike, ends with a jog. It starts in Stonelick state park winds through some back roads (for safety) and leads to WIlliamsburg. In Burg I will drop the bike off, pick up the dog and hike through a corner of East Fork state park. Once at Ressinger road I will change into my hidden shoes :) and jog to Bethel.

It will take all day...and is more than a little ambitous. But, I need a big goal. I think I am going to make a training site...cheesey I know...but it will make me accountable to the few of you who still view this.

Yeah Dan....I'll kick your rear at this if you have the guts to join.

You know I am allergic to Jake, so you'll have ne beat in the "hiking with dog" segment. Damn you!

I think it sounds like a great idea. It will definitely be a cardio challenge, but a good one. A very reachable goal.

Bring it on!

this bike, hike, jog thing is a type of issue that the Kid should break to Mrs. dr. dolittle in little bits at a time (lesson learned)

I'll let the "myself" slide this time. It's for a good cause. Good luck with your challenge. But take the training in small, digestable steps. You're inspiring me to come up with a goal of my own.

One last thing...who is this "Daniel" guy and why can't we see his blog?
