An interesting Tern of events.

My dog and I went for our normal walk in the park. As usual we decided to drive down to the boat docks to see if anything was happening...and today there was.

I saw a guy standing on the point with a very cool looking camera, and you know me, decided I would go talk to him. After talking for a little while he asked if I wanted to see the Tern. I questioned if it was a Tern because they are not suppose to be here. He told me that is why it is so cool. Turns out the Tern got caught in hurricane Dennis, and is now trying to live in Eastfork. It also turns out that the gentleman that I was talking to is a nationally known person that helps to locate wildlife. It was really awesome!!!!! I am sure I will talk more about this later...just wanted to get it on the blog.
